Journey so far
Specializing in Governance and Management, I have spent more than two and a half decades teaching Graduate courses and delivering training talks to Officers of Higher Civil Services (IAS, IPS) both Indian & Foreign. Further, I have conducted Behavioral Competency workshops for Senior Management of Corporate & Public Sector Undertakings. As an academic, I contribute to upskilling and capacity building programs for University teachers. I design training modules and course curriculum for various Institutions and Universities.
With more than 34 publications, I also act as a Consultant to Government Departments in institutional projects of public importance. Over the years, I have delivered keynote addresses and lectures at prominent institutions such as "BPST/PRIDE, LBSNAA, NCGG & CPDHE".
